When your body
feels out of rhthym,
we slow down & listen together
There are seasons of life that quietly ask us to become someone new.
Some are joyful. Some are heartbreaking. Some arrive after years of longing, while others appear without warning. Whether you are preparing your body for conception, navigating pregnancy, recovering after birth, healing from pregnancy loss, making reproductive decisions, moving through hormonal transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, these thresholds deserve to be met with care rather than endured alone.
Supported Womb is a space where ancient wisdom meets everyday life. Through Ayurvedic health counseling, nourishing food, postpartum care, full-spectrum reproductive support, yoga, and practical acts of tending, I walk alongside womb-bearers as they reconnect with the rhythms of their bodies and the wisdom they already carry. This work is rooted in the understanding that healing is rarely found in dramatic change, but in small, consistent practices that create steadiness over time.
At the heart of Supported Womb is a belief that we were never meant to move through life’s greatest transitions alone. For generations, these seasons were held within community — through shared meals, stories, practical support, and the wisdom passed between us. Through one-on-one care, workshops, cooking classes, and community spaces, my hope is to help cultivate that sense of village again.
Our work together will explore daily routines, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, breath, nourishment, and the ways your environment shapes your wellbeing. Every recommendation is individualized, realistic, and designed to fit the life you are actually living — not an idealized version of it.
I believe every reproductive transition deserves to be witnessed. Every body deserves nourishment. Every threshold deserves care.
These are practices that bring you back to your true nature.

Every body carries its own story. Through an in-depth wellness questionnaire and a one-on-one consultation, we’ll explore your daily rhythms, digestion, sleep, stress, nourishment, and the unique patterns that make you who you are. Whether you’re preparing for conception, postpartum, a family transition, or simply longing to feel more at home in your body, this is where we begin—building a realistic, personalized foundation that supports where you are and where you’re growing.
Healing happens through relationship, not perfection. Follow-up appointments are a chance to notice what’s shifting, work through challenges, celebrate victories, and continue refining your practices as your life and the seasons change. Ayurveda isn’t about getting it “right”—it’s about learning to listen to our bodies.
Food is one of our oldest forms of medicine. Whether you’re feeding yourself, recovering from a life transition, or caring for a busy family, these Ayurveda-inspired cooking classes and ingredient baskets are designed to bring warmth, nourishment, and ease into your kitchen. Simple, seasonal food prepared with intention so you can spend less energy planning and more energy living.

Birth changes everything—including the person who gave birth. In Ayurveda, the weeks following birth are considered a sacred window for healing, when warmth, rest, nourishment, and loving support can shape recovery for months and even years to come. Postpartum care may include home-cooked meals, light household help, Ayurvedic body care, hair braiding, or simply another pair of caring hands so you can focus on healing, bonding, and settling into this new season.
Pregnancy loss is not only an emotional experience—it is a profound physical transition as well. As hormones shift and the body finds its way back to balance, it deserves the same thoughtful care we so often reserve for the postpartum period. Through Ayurvedic nourishment, rest, body care, practical support, and space to honor your unique experience, this offering recognizes that healing after loss is not something your body should navigate alone.
Every reproductive journey deserves compassionate, informed support. Whether you’re considering an abortion, preparing for one, or moving through the days and weeks afterward, I offer a calm, grounded presence alongside practical and emotional care. Together we can create space for informed decisions, physical recovery, and honoring your experience in whatever way feels true to you.
Postpartum recovery, pregnancy loss, and abortion care each carry their own circumstances, timelines, and needs. Because these experiences don’t always fit neatly into a booking calendar, I arrange this care directly and offer flexibility whenever possible.
Whether you’re planning ahead or navigating an unexpected transition, please reach out to me directly. Together, we can explore what support might look like, where it feels most comfortable, and when it would be most helpful.
I believe holistic care should be accessible.
If these prices are outside of your current ability to pay, please contact me directly.
We will find a way forward together.

Those who feel called to contribute more may choose to pay above the listed rate. Additional funds are set aside for community wellness - to support clients who need reduced-costs to access holistic care.
Virtual consultations are available by appointment and are the easiest way to find a time that works for us both.
If you’re local to the Gunnison Valley and would prefer to meet in person, you’re welcome to request an in-person consultation or in-home service after booking. Local availability varies, and we’ll confirm the location and details together.
Don’t see a time that works for you? Please reach out. My availability is intentionally limited as I grow Supported Womb alongside work and family life, and I may have additional flexibility that isn’t reflected on the calendar.
Empathy: the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.
The Rose Circle is built around something simple: being in the presence of people who understand. Not because our stories are the same, but because there are parts of this experience that can be difficult to explain to someone who has never lived it. Our hour together is intentionally gentle and unhurried.
We begin by settling into the circle, sharing rose tea, and arriving together. A large sand timer holds our hour. After opening the space, a smaller twenty-minute timer guides our transitions—not to limit anyone’s story, but to let the group know where we are in our time together.
The first part of our gathering is left open for conversation, listening, and whatever each person chooses to bring into the circle. Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. When the sand runs out, we finish where we are and transition together into a gentle somatic practice.
We then return to the circle for another period of conversation and connection before the sand turns once more, guiding us toward a grounding meditation and the closing of our hour.
You can speak.
You can listen.
You can cry.
You can pass.

are designed with families in mind.
I believe access to community, learning, and care should not depend on whether someone can find or afford childcare. My workshops are intentionally family-inclusive, with children considered in the design of the gathering from the beginning.
Some offerings will invite children to participate alongside their grown-ups. Others may include a parallel children’s experience, such as an age-appropriate yoga practice, creative activity, or mindfulness practice while adults participate nearby.

I’m Julia, and I’m happy to be here. I offer this work because I know what it feels like to live disconnected from your body, your rhythms, and your sense of belonging — and I know how meaningful it is to find your way back. Through Ayurveda, community care, and the wisdom of slowing down, my role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you learn to listen to yourself again.
I believe we were never meant to move through life’s greatest transitions alone. Healing happens through relationship — with ourselves, with our bodies, with the people around us, and with the natural world. Supported Womb is rooted in the belief that small, consistent practices, shared wisdom, and intentional care can help us create more steadiness in our lives and communities.
Ayurveda is not a quick fix or something done to you. It is a relationship you build with your own life. It begins with honest observation, curiosity, and small daily changes that honor the season you are currently living. This work asks for participation — a willingness to listen, experiment, and meet yourself with patience rather than judgment.
You deserve to feel well in life.
You deserve to be supported as you find your way there.
May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may my own thoughts, words, and actions contribute to that freedom and happiness for all.
